This was a passion project of mine. I use those to try out design styles and see what challenges they bring with them. To make it a accurate as possible to real clients I come up with a brand and what they do, what clientele they focus on and what style would suit that given information.
Lacerna is a restaurant that focuses on dishes around seafood. They strive mid to higher class people (think 2/3 michelin star vibes). The restaurant needed to look luxurious, modern but have a informal feeling within the design
With these wishes in mind I’ve created a design with neutral colors to keep the whole feeling modern and soft. Through use of typography I added a luxurious tone and with the seafood drawing I zoomed in on their specialty whilst adding some playfulness.
